340g box of bacon wrapped scallops. 11-14 pieces per box
Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉(220℃). 2. Remove all packaging & carefully separate scallops on a wire rack on pan. 3. Bake on middle rack for 10 min. Remove from oven & turn over. 4. Bake another 15-20, or until bacon is crisp & scallops are cooked. 5. let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
BBQ: 1.Preheat to 425℉(220℃) 2. Fold a 51 cm piece of foil in half and spray one side generously with cooking spray. 3. Remove packaging & carefully separate scallops. Place foil on grill, greased side up & place scallops on top. 4. Cook, lid down, for 15 minutes, turning frequently, or until bacon is crisp & scallops are cooked. 5. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
