
575g beef pot roast
Boil-in-bag: 1. fill 4qt. sauce pan 3/4 full with water, bring to boil and turn down to low heat. 2. Carefully place the vacuum sealed beef pot roast into the water. 3. Cover and heat for 12-15 minutes. 4. Carefully remove roast and gravy. open pouch and serve.
Oven: 1. Remove roast and gravy from plastic pouch, place in oven proof dish (Do not use tray provided) 2. Heat in a preheated 350℉/180℃ oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot. 3. Remove from oven and serve.
Microwave: Leave roast in black tray provided and make 3 slits in pouch with knife. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. 3. Let stand 2 minutes, carefully remove from pouch, and serve.
