Cooking Instructions. Preheat oven to 400F place desired amount of frozen egg rolls on baking sheet. Heat for 14-16 minutes. Flip egg rolls after 8 minutes. Heat to internal temperature of 165F. Heating times may vary depending on the oven and amount cooked.
